Registration fee and contribution to farm gear - £150

2yrs - £9.50 per hour
3yr+ - £8.50 per hour

Universal Free Entitlement

Eligible families of two year olds (From April 2024) and nine month olds - two year olds(from January 2025) and EVERY child from the term after their third birthday are entitled toup to 570 hours free nursery provision a year until the term before they start school, as weare a Term Time only nursery, this equates to 15 hours per week for 38 weeks.

You apply for the Free Entitlement hours by informing us on registration if you are eligible toclaim and we will share your details with Funding Loop who will email you to complete yourparent declaration form and submit proof of your child’s identity with either a copy of theirbirth certificate or a copy of their passport. We will then submit the application and claimthe funding on your behalf every term. This must be completed at the beginning of the termyou are claiming for but you won’t need to do anything until you have received an emailfrom Funding Loop, which we will generate. Funding Loop will contact you to complete yourdeclaration form the beginning of each term.

Extended Free Entitlement

In addition, working parents/carers of 3 and 4 year olds who meet the qualifying criteria areeligible for an additional 570 hours (1,140 in total) free nursery provision a year until theystart school. Again, as we are a term time only nursery, this equates to 30 hours a week for38 weeks. Application for the Extended Entitlement requires a 30 hours eligibility code, which parents/carers must first apply for online via the Government website here .

By September 2025, working parents of children 9months-4yrs will be able to claim 30 hoursof government funded childcare a week, over 38 weeks of the year.

Once you have received the eligibility code please inform us and you will then receive anemail from Funding Loop to complete your parent declaration form.

Free entitlement sessions

We offer Free entitlement in two sessions: 9am-3pm (6hr session) or 9am-12pm (3hrsession). For example, to use all 15 hours you would need to do 2x 9am-3pm sessions and 1 x 9am-12pm session.
